20 Dollar Chef - Gabriel "Fluffy" Iglesias

I’ve had the pleasure of being friends with Fluffy since 2009. I toured with him on his tour bus for years. Fluffy opened a lot of doors for me for a long time so it felt great having him on my show. We ‘ve eaten at a ton of restaurants, but we’ve never cooked together.  One thing I knew he’d like that we could make pretty fast, A chicken quesadilla.
